We request your email address so that we can get back to you. It will not be given to anyone else except with your express permission.

Shop data
Your activity in our shop may be retained for a number of days, after which the data is automatically deleted.
- Pending purchases (saved to your basket but not completed), 2 days
- Failed/cancelled orders, 1 day
- Completed orders, 60 days – however a record may be kept for up to 6 years (for accounting purposes) away from this website.
Contact form data
Messages are emailed directly to Mage are not saved by the website. Mage will keep your details for as long as necessary to answer your query or longer if needed for administrative or legal purposes.
